SHIPPING POLICY

USPS is the automatic shipping setting, it is set to free domestic shipping. Please let me know if there is a rush on the order. I can ship priority, overnight, or Fed Ex if requested for a fee. If insurance is needed and it is not stated on the item please ask. Domestic items over $150 will be automatically insure but that will be stated in the listing. All international shipping over $100 includes insurance.

RETURN POLICY
Refunds are only given if the item is misrepresented on a case by case basis. We strive to provide accurate descriptions with great measurements to provide customer satisfaction. However, sometimes things happen so please feel free to contact us. The buyer has to pay return shipping cost and it is possible under 15 days to exchange it. If you want a full refund please get back to me within 7 days.

SALES TAX:
We are based in Connecticut. So Connecticut residents pay sales tax. The sales tax appears until the end and drops off depending on your location.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your information is personal. Sarara Vintage Couture does not share your information with third parties etc. We are SSL Certified for save credit card transactions.

We make all pieces here by hand using quality materials. Buying responsibly made jewelry means, no child labor or slave wages, it insures safe materials, and supports local economies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are welcome and should work during regular check out using pay pal or the credit card option. Shipping is free over 1000 dollars and fixed at 30 most other orders, but please email me first if you would like to arrange USPS or discounted postage sara@staging.sararacouture.flywheelsites.com.
International returns must pay the return shipping and will not be refunded the shipping to or from the seller. Returns are accepted up to 10 days in original condition.
