RETURN POLICY

Refunds are only given if the item is misrepresented on a case by case basis. We strive to provide accurate descriptions with great measurements to provide customer satisfaction. However, sometimes things happen so please feel free to contact us.  The buyer has to pay return shipping cost and it is possible under 15 days to exchange it. If you want a full refund please get back to me within 7 days.

SHIPPING POLICY:

USPS is the automatic shipping setting, it is set to free domestic shipping. Please let me know if there is a rush on the order. I can ship priority, overnight, or Fed Ex if requested for a fee. If insurance is needed and it is not stated on the item please ask. Domestic items over $150 will be automatically insure but that will be stated in the listing. All international shipping over $100 includes insurance.

SALES TAX:

We are based in Connecticut. So Connecticut residents pay sales tax. The sales tax appears until the end and changes depending on your location.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We show a new collection each season in Paris. Domestic wholesale orders can be done directly through Sara 770-256-0292 or sara@sararacouture.com

We serve boutiques all over the world and the markup is discussed in person, but is over half. We strive to maintain the prices here, and give you a clear picture of the retail price. 

Wholesale Terms: Opening minimum order of $400. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover accepted. First time orders must be prepaid via cc, square, pay pal, company check, or cash. Orders ship in 2-5 weeks depending on the order size. Free domestic shipping on orders over $400.

First time orders over $500 can do 30% of the total down upon placing the order and the rest is due upon shipping. Unless the order is over 2000, then a 30 days possibly (NET 30) terms are offered as well. Larger orders can be negotiated on a case by case basis. Repeat customers will be given this option on lower order amounts and a $100 dollar minimum reorder. Late payments are card %5 for every 14 days past due.

Cancellations incur a fee of 15% of the order price. Defective items can be exchanged within 10 days, but we will always stand by our quality.
